This is a clever garlic press. I like that it uses a twist motion versus a handle. With this method, it allows you to determine your own thickness so you can use it to crush or mince. It is user friendly. It is simple to figure out, no direction necessary. I like that you can place a lot of garlic in it at one time. The material looks like it is good quality. It feels comfortable in your grip. I did need to use a knife to help get the garlic out of the press, but that is no different any other garlic press I have used. The nice thing, however, is that there are no tiny holes for the garlic to get stuck in. I also appreciate that it doesn’t take up to much storage space.
